Passion for quality

Our restorations are carried out entirely at the woodworking shop of Giacomo Lazzari.
Giacomo Lazzari began working at the Riva shipyard in the early 1950s as a young boy in the wood department and has dedicated his entire life to restoring vintage Riva boats—personally.
Initially working within the shipyard, he later established his own woodworking shop, which has now been active for 50 years. He has a single collaborator with whom he shares the work and to whom he is passing down his same passion. These two individuals work in perfect harmony throughout the entire restoration process.

The restoration of a wooden Riva boat can be either complete or partial.
The boat consists of various components that must be carefully analyzed individually. First, the structure is assessed, followed by the engines, the electrical system, and finally the chrome parts, upholstery, and accessories.
We will then be able to provide a detailed estimate, the timeframe for the work, and the delivery schedule to the owner.

We use only original parts, meticulously selected to ensure strict adherence to the design guidelines of the era. Every component is carefully sourced to preserve the historical integrity of the boat, ensuring that it remains true to its original form and function
